Devin Allen and Under Armour Team Up for Exclusive SCOUT Art Fair Collaboration
Special to the Baltimore TimesAcclaimed Baltimore photographer Devin Allen is bringing fashion, art, and hometown pride together through a new collaboration with Under Armour at this year’s SCOUT Art Fair during Artscape weekend.
As curator of the 2026 SCOUT Art Fair, Allen partnered with the Baltimore-based athletic brand to create custom limited-edition DVNLLN x SCOUT shirts that will be worn by SCOUT staff, city representatives, and community partners throughout the festival. The collaboration continues Allen’s longtime “From Baltimore, For Baltimore” partnership with Under Armour, which has highlighted the city’s creative culture through storytelling and design.
Festival attendees will also have an opportunity to take home the exclusive apparel. The first 50 guests who purchase artwork from the SCOUT exhibit will receive a complimentary shirt, while additional shirts will be available for purchase at Under Armour’s Brand House in Baltimore Peninsula.
Held inside the War Memorial Building at 101 N. Gay Street, the SCOUT Art Fair features 33 solo artist booths and seven gallery booths showcasing affordable artwork priced between $150 and $5,000. Founded by renowned artist Derrick Adams, SCOUT was created to connect emerging and established artists with new collectors through accessible pricing and innovative presentations.
The fair runs Friday, May 22 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, May 23 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday, May 24 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. as part of Artscape, the nation’s largest free outdoor arts festival.
