Our flagship event, the MMCD is a one-of-its kind assembling of heavy hitters committed to advancing media diversity. The 4th annual MMCD was held on Tuesday, July 9, 2019, and was a magical night at the National Press Club, bringing more energy, advocacy, and star power than ever before. We celebrated an extraordinary slate of honorees who have made tremendous strides towards this issue and elevated our call to action to tackle the work that remains to be done.

We also paid tribute to the late John Singleton and were honored to be joined by his sister, Tanissa Singleton, and his longtime friend and casting director, Winsome Sinclair.
